SECURITY BOXES

To secure your money and valuable items, ask at Reception for a security box. The service is free, but there is an extra charge for lost keys.

MESSAGES

When you are not in your room, Reception will take and deliver messages.

WAKE UP CALLS

Please inform the operator of the time you wish to be awakened. Dial Ext. 9.

MEDICAL SERVICE

Available 24 hours at an extra charge. Dial Ext. 9.

TELEVISION

Color cable TV with national and satellite channels (#2, 5, 6, 7, 10, 13).
Request a remote control at Reception. If lost, an extra charge will be billed to your account.

Located next to the Tobacco Store.

BABY SITTING

Please contact Reception, Ext. 853, to book this service.

DRY CLEANING, LAUNDRY AND VALET

Contact the Housekeeper, Ext 854, for details of services and charges. A laundry bag can be found in the closet. Please have laundry available for pick-up before 10:00 AM. Closed Sundays and Holidays.

MONEY EXCHANGE

Available 24 hours a day at Reception.

CREDIT

To obtain credit for restaurants, bars and other personal expenses, please arrange for an open "voucher" at Reception. We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Banamex, Visa, Bancomer, Carnet, Diner`s Club and MasterCard. You may also make a cash deposit, but personal checks are not accepted.

PARKING

There is no charge for parking directly outside the hotel next to "La Plateria Taxco Exporta" or on upper level of the Hotel, but the car lot in the plaza outside entrance is a municipal parking lot.

For additional in-room towels and pillows, please dial Ext. 854.

SWIMMING POOLS

Open 10:00AM - 6:00PM. To call any of our pools, dial Ext. 9 and ask for the Operator.

"LA POZA" POOL
Saltwater pool located on the lower level, between La Quebrada Cliffs.

"TULIPANES" POOL
Freshwater pool located on the middle level of the Hotel.

"LA MIRA" POOL
Freshwater pool located on the top level of the Hotel.

POOL TOWELS

Please do not take towels from the rooms. These will be provided in the pool areas.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION

Contact bellboys at Ext. 817. The Hotel has 24-hour car service.

MASS

Daily in the Catedral de Nuestra Señora de La Soledad, 5 minutes from the Hotel, at 7:00AM, 8:00AM, 7:00PM and 8:00PM.

JEWELRY SHOPS

Jewelry and handicrafts. Open 9:00AM - 10.00PM at the Hotel entrance.

TOBACCO STORE

Open 9:00AM – 11:00PM.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

To conserve resources, please turn off water faucets and room lights when leaving the room. When doors are open, turn off the airconditioning.
Please securely close your room door and do not leave the key in the lock.
