To help us conserve our vital energy resources, please to turn off the air conditioning when doors or windows are open and faucets and lights when you leave your room.

JEWERLY SHOPS

Open: 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM. Mexican jewelry and handicrafts may be found in the stores located at the Hotel entrance.

Stamps may be purchased at the Tobacco Shop, and a Mailbox is adjacent to the store.

Available 24 hours. Please dial Ext. 9. There is an extra charge for this service.

MESSAGES

When you are absent form your room, reception will take and deliver messages.

PARKING

There is no charge for hotel guests using the hotel parking lots just outside the hotel, next to the "La Plateria Taxco Exporta" shop or at the upper level of the hotel opposite La Poza pool.
The car park in the square outside the Hotel is a municipal parking lot and not a part of the hotel property.

PHARMACY

Personal items are available at the counter in the Tobacco shop.

POOL TOWELS

Please do not take towels from the rooms. Pool towels are provided at the swimming areas.

RELIGIOUS SERVICES

Catholic mass is conducted every day at the Catedral de Nuestra Señora de La Soledad, just 5 minutes from the Hotel, at 7:00 AM, 8:00 AM, 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

ROOM SECURITY

Please make sure the door to your room is securely closed and that you do not leave the key in the door.

SECURITY BOXES

To secure valuable items, Management suggests that guests use the safe deposit boxes located at the Reception Desk. This service is free, although the loss of the safe deposit box key will incur a charge.

SWIMMING POOLS

Open: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. To call any of our pools, dial Ext. 9 and ask the operator.
"LA POZA" POOL
This is a salt water pool. It is located at sea level, on the lowest floor, between la Quebrada cliffs.

"TULIPANES" POOL
A fresh water pool, it is on the middle level of the Hotel.

"LA MIRA " POOL
Our mountaintop fresh-water pool, is found the hotel`s highest level.
